Refund policy

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

After returning the product to the address provided by our support team,we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost),or you can choose to receive a full refund.

 

14-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened, Unused Items

If for any reason you do not want your item within 14 days of receiving it, you may contact us for a return and refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shasha@fishjumping.com. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if your return is accepted.

Please note that in such cases, the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and unopened to qualify for a refund.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
